MADE TO ORDER
All Argira items are made to order and processing time is updated regularly on the banner of this site. We can often facilitate rush orders - please reach out via email if this is necessary. 
SHIPPING 
We will do our best to have an order to you by a specific date - please reach out if this is required. Otherwise orders will be shipped within 14 days from date of purchase (or artwork approval in the case of custom floats) unless communicated otherwise. Standard shipping takes between 4-10 business days, depending on which courier service has been arranged. Express is often between 1-3 days.
Please note that delivery delays once shipped are out of our hands.
Shipping costs are based on weight, size and location. 
PICKUP & LOCAL DELIVERY
Pickup and local delivery options are available. Pickup is free and from Carnegie Vic, 3163 (South East Melbourne)
RETURNS
All items that have gone through production are made to order and are unable to be refunded due to being unable to be resold. We do not offer refunds for change of mind. All our items are packed with the utmost care. In the unlikely event that your order is damaged or faulty, we can discuss options to suit (reproduction or refund). This is less shipping costs.
Any refund that Argira agrees to be paid, will be less a 2% admin fee.
Argira reserves the right to not be held accountable for damage or loss during transit. Items with tracking can be referred to the courier company.
